A Love Letter to KFCPosted on 2 Month(s) ago
My Dear KFC
Hello. I hope you are doing well.
Although I know during the Corona pandemic, you might not be doing so well since you had to shut down your business. I am sorry. But I want you to know that as soon as you are back to work, me and all your friends will come and visit you.
As a matter of fact, I had a dream about you last night. I was craving Kentucky chicken so bad, so I travelled all the way by foot to the closest KFC I could find. (Fear not, as there is a KFC right down my apartment and it’s only a 5 minute walk there) But it doesn’t make it any less valuable. Once I got there I looked like these cute dogs who are hungry.
Now I do know that you might not rank 1st among all your peers such as McDonalds or Burger King. I even sometimes have to play along among my friends. “McDonalds is definitely my number one to go after a hangover!” they proudly say. But if I had the choice, I would go to you first.
I don’t wanna talk behind people’s back, though. But, McDonalds has gone down in quality. That’s for sure. Its buns taste of cardboard and the chips are saltless.
Your Kentucky chickens are no exceptions. The quality has dropped since the first day I got to know you, which was probably 25 years ago.
But I still like them as they are still juicy and delicious. Maybe work on your staff a little bit more.
I think it was a good idea to write you this letter, as these days all doctors are talking about it to say to our loved ones how much we care about them.
There! I said it.
Hope we can meet soon dear KFC.
Our Thoughts, Discharged: To be OR not to be a PARENT?
Becoming a parent at some point our lives seems like a quite normal thing. But today, there are a lot of people who prefer NOT to adapt the role of a parent. Is that bad?

India Travelogue - Part I: Rajasthan & Gujarat
Since I was a kid, I remember India was always one of my top 3 destinations to visit. But it was all in my dreams and until very recently (let’s say after I felt I’m an independent grown up which would make it around 25 - lol) had I never thought I’d afford a trip to India IN THE QUALITY I EXPECTED! (by this I mean I wanted to be able to travel from city to city without worrying about money) - Guess what?!! It came true! Last year - April 2019 we got the green light from the boss that we can make the second series of Shirin Dance in INDIA! O - M - G right now! So it happened.
